Platform Description
WaveBooking is a platform that connects surf instructors with students, facilitating the booking and management of surf lessons. Our services include but are not limited to instructor profiles, lesson scheduling, payment processing, and review systems.
User Accounts
Account Registration
To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.
Booking and Payments
Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Late cancellations may be subject to charges as specified in our cancellation policy.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the rights of other users
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only
Instructor Responsibilities
As an instructor on our platform, you agree to:
- Maintain valid certifications and insurance
- Provide high-quality instruction
- Be punctual for all lessons
- Maintain professional conduct
- Follow safety protocols
Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WaveBooking and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WaveBooking, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
