How to Close Your Account
Follow the instructions below to close your account and delete your data from our application.
Account Closure Process
To close your account, follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@wavebook.com with the subject "Account Closure Request"
- Include your full name and email associated with the account
- Specify that you want to permanently close your account
- Our team will process your request within 30 days
What happens when you close your account?
- Your account and profile information will be deleted
- Your booking and class history will be removed
- Your payment data will be deleted (except for mandatory financial records)
- Your messages and communications will be removed
- Your preferences and settings will be deleted
