How to Close Your Account

Follow the instructions below to close your account and delete your data from our application.

Account Closure Process

To close your account, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@wavebook.com with the subject "Account Closure Request"
  2. Include your full name and email associated with the account
  3. Specify that you want to permanently close your account
  4. Our team will process your request within 30 days

What happens when you close your account?

  • Your account and profile information will be deleted
  • Your booking and class history will be removed
  • Your payment data will be deleted (except for mandatory financial records)
  • Your messages and communications will be removed
  • Your preferences and settings will be deleted
